Current status

LYJ Initiative is currently unregistered. It is not a registered charity or a government body. References to charitable work describe possible activities; they do not imply registration, approval or tax-exempt status.

No donations or payments

We are not seeking or accepting donations through this website. It has no payment facility, and we do not offer tax-deductible donation receipts. Please do not send money in response to this website.

Projects and enquiries

No partnerships or completed projects have been announced. Descriptions of future work are intentions, not promises of funding, services or assistance. An enquiry does not create a partnership or commitment. Any agreed project will need its own written scope, responsibilities and arrangements.

Independence

LYJ Initiative is distinct from Trellis, the founder’s commercial business. References to the founder’s university or other organisations do not imply their endorsement, sponsorship or participation. Please do not use LYJ’s name or identity to suggest an association that has not been agreed.

We aim to keep this website accurate and will correct errors brought to our attention. It provides general information about the initiative, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. External links have their own terms and privacy practices.

This notice does not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
